Yellow Lawson cypress.    
This is an upright conifer which will produce a very slim Yellow foliage tree. If the conifer produces more than one leader, to maintain the general habit remove all but one leader. To restrict the height of the plant, the leader can be cut back. Partial sun.
Fully hardy: the plant can tolerate temperatures down to about -15C or 5F.
