Apple ornamental, Flowering Crab Apple.
This deciduous tree is narrow and upright when young, becoming conical when mature. In late spring, white/pink flowers are produced surrounded by bright green, ovate leaves. In autumn, orange crab apples, flushed red appear. They will prefer a cool, moist climate with full sun with fertile, well-drained, loamy soil, you must protect from strong winds. In winter, cut out dead or diseased wood and prune to maintain a balanced branch system. Growth habit: upright conical.
